Young creators (ages 15–29) were invited to participate in the free career-development seminar GPS, focused on performing arts practices. The program was designed for emerging artists transitioning from (non-)formal education into the labor market or those already professionally active. It addressed challenges related to production, organization, promotion, international collaboration, networking, and other key aspects of a sustainable artistic career.
Each day began with informal networking, followed by movement warm-ups and conversations with mentors about their professional journeys and career decisions. Through practical group, pair, and individual tasks, participants developed artistic and production-related skills. The program also introduced opportunities for collaboration with organizations such as Javni zavod Mladi zmaji, Plesni Teater Ljubljana, and Javni sklad RS za kulturne dejavnosti.
GPS was developed in collaboration with Javni zavod Mladi zmaji and built on previous initiatives including GIBARNA, GIB:LAB, GIBOSFERA, and GIB-HUB.
